Can I modify my order?

Do you ship all over the world?

Yes, absolutely. We ship worldwide. However, there may be times when our carrier cannot ship certain types of products to certain regions of the world, in which case we will notify you and refund you in full for the items concerned.

I still have not received my order. What is taking so long?

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance. You can, however, track your order and see where it is at any time. Some items are missing from my order, what's going on?

Our products can be shipped separately according to your order. If this contains, for example, items from two different warehouses, there will therefore be two deliveries. In this case the rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly.

I received the wrong item or a damaged item. What can I do ?

Can I return my order?

You have 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item that does not suit you. The item must be returned to us in its original condition (packaging, complete accessories, instructions). Please note that the return costs are your responsibility.
