If your country is not available at checkout, this means shipping is currently not offered to that destination.

Order Processing

All orders are prepared within 1 to 4 business days, then shipped from our partner logistics centers.

Delivery Times

The majority of our parcels are delivered in less than 10 days.

Online Tracking

Every order includes online tracking. A tracking number is sent to you by email once your order has been shipped, allowing you to follow your parcel in real time.

Battery Orders

Lithium batteries are subject to specific shipping conditions.
For safety reasons, they are transported via adapted logistics channels, which may result in slightly longer delivery times compared to other products.

VAT in the European Union

For deliveries within the European Union, VAT is included in our prices.
You will not have to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
