With its <strong>tiny format <\/strong>&#8211; a square measuring around 2.6 cm square and 1.6 cm thick &#8211; and<strong> featherweight of 10 g<\/strong>, it&#8217;s almost half the size and three times lighter than the DJI Mic 2. At just 9.6 cm long, 5.9 cm high and 4.1 cm wide, and weighing 139 g, it&#8217;s easy to slip into a suitcase or backpack. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A practical detail: <strong>everything <\/strong>now <strong>fits <\/strong>into this new docking station, unlike the Mic 2, where certain items had to be carried separately. Autonomy, for example, is one area where it far surpasses the previous generation.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While the DJI Mic 2 already offered a comfortable 6 hours autonomy for both microphone and receiver, the Mic Mini goes much further, with <strong>11h30 for the microphone<\/strong> and <strong>10h30 for the receiver<\/strong>&#8211; almost double! According to available feedback, it is difficult to fully drain the batteries, even after several hours of intensive recording.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And that&#8217;s not all: the recharging station, capable of recharging in two hours, allows the unit to be recharged around <strong>3.6 times<\/strong>, bringing total autonomy to <strong>48 hours<\/strong>. By way of comparison, the DJI Mic 2 offered &#8220;only&#8221; 18 cumulative hours. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In case of emergency, the DJI Mic Mini also features a fast charge mode.
